Benaroya Research Institute (BRI) oversees all clinical research at Virginia Mason Medical Center and BRI, uniquely combining the expertise of a world-renowned medical research institute with the remarkable care of a healthcare quality leader.
BRI supports Virginia Mason Medical Center clinical investigators in over 400 studies across a wide variety of diseases and conditions, such as cancer, digestive diseases, cardiologic issues and neurologic issues, while the research led by BRI clinical investigators primarily focuses on diseases of the immune system such as type 1 diabetes and rheumatic diseases.

We have two positions open for a Clinical Research Coordinator I based in the Cancer Clinical Research Unit and a Clinical Research Coordinator I/II based in the Center for Digestive Health. We have unparalleled support from our physicians, clinic staff and study staff. Working with clinicians at the Virginia Mason Seattle Medical Center, the Clinical Research Program differentiates itself by focusing on patient-centered research.
